Career and Leisure Services affords adults with opportunities to pursue employment and recreational options. All programs emphasize personal independence and participation in community life. Individual needs are addressed through Personal Planning. The following services are available from several locations in Calgary:

Career Development - helps develop job skills and work experience in the community. |

Competitive Employment Support - assists in locating and maintaining community-based jobs. DDRC provides support to the employee and employer and ongoing follow-up as required. |

Volunteer Opportunities - supports participation in a number of volunteer projects in Calgary where individuals have the opportunity to learn useful work and social skills and make a meaningful contribution to the community. |

Recreation and Leisure Support - individuals learn to access and utilize recreation and leisure activities within the community. |
